“The two fitters Richard and Dave turned up at 8.30am and completed the work by 1pm.They where both polite and explained what they where going to do to complete the work . They pointed out there was a scratch on the letterbox but said they would go back to their depot and obtain a new one which they did . They cleaned all the mess up , hoovered and removed all the waste material . Once completed they showed me the work and pointed out they had swapped the letterbox. They made the whole job painless and I was well pleased with their work.”
